Your Costa Rican adventure begins conveniently from the pier as you set off on a relaxing drive through the stunning countryside in air-conditioned transportation Your local and knowledgeable guide will point out many different sights of the region.

Carara Adventure Park is a privately-owned reserve with 80 acres of rainforest and stunning views. After instructions, the groups will be transferred to the top of the mountain where the zip line begins. This zip line includes 12 cables, 15 platforms and 3 hanging bridges. The longest cable is 1,200 feet long and the highest point approximately 100 feet off the ground.

After this great adventure of flying through the treetops, your tour will continue with a short drive to the Tarcoles River, where an hour-long eco boat tour allows you to enjoy the abundant wildlife of the area including huge crocodiles, scarlet macaws, monkeys and more.

After these two great adventures it’s a comfortable return to the pier area and your ship.
