Vancouver's Canada Place Cruise Terminal has secure onsite parking for cruise passengers in the WestPark Parking Garage. The garage offers 750 parking spots, however since Canada Place is a mixed-use facility (including the Pan Pacific Hotel), it is strongly recommended to book your spot in advance.
