Check-In & Embarkation

Guests are assigned a specific arrival window based on stateroom location. Your arrival window and Boarding Pass are emailed approximately 21 days before sailing and are also available in the Cruise Control guest portal. Suite guests and those with Express Passes or Signature Packages receive the earliest boarding windows.

A Boarding Pass (printed or digital — one per stateroom) is required for all guests as of April 18, 2025. Guests without a Boarding Pass or arriving outside their window will be directed to the Standby lane and may experience delays.
