Getting to PortMiami
PortMiami is located at 1015 N. America Way on Dodge Island, just minutes from downtown Miami. It is one of the most accessible cruise ports in the US, with multiple transportation options from both Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports.

๐ฑ Rideshare (Uber / Lyft)
The easiest option from MIA or downtown Miami. Drop off directly at your terminal entrance. Both apps work seamlessly at the port.
โ๏ธ From Miami Airport (MIA)
MIA is approximately 8 miles from PortMiami. Take I-395 East and follow signs to the port. By taxi: metered fare approximately $35โ$45.

FLL is about 30 miles north โ take I-95 South to I-395 East. Often has cheaper flights than MIA, making it worth considering if you plan to arrive the day before.

Brightline connects Fort Lauderdale and MIA airport stations to downtown Miami. From Miami Central Station, take a rideshare or taxi to the port โ about 5 minutes.
๐ Shared Shuttle Services
Several companies offer shared shuttle service from both airports directly to the cruise terminals. Must be pre-booked โ a great option for families with a lot of luggage.

From I-95 South, take Exit 2A (Port of Miami). From I-95 North, take Exit 2 (Biscayne Blvd) then follow signs. On-site garages are available at each terminal.

Each terminal has a dedicated passenger drop-off area at street level. Your cruise documents will specify your terminal. Rideshare drivers know the port well โ simply enter your terminal letter in the app notes or tell the driver your cruise line.
