Cruise Parking at the Mobile Cruise Terminal

Before parking, follow the signs to drop off your luggage.
Remember to keep important documents with you. If you are dropping off your travelling companions, make sure they have their ID and cruise documents. They will need that information to enter the screening area and you will need your ID and documents to enter the cruise terminal once you've parked.
You will then be directed to the secure covered parking garage located beside the cruise terminal. It is operated by Premium Parking and offers 500 parking spaces with covered pick-up and drop-off lanes. Accessible parking spots are available on each level of the parking garage and are the same payment rate as regular parking.
All parking fees must be paid in full upon entering the garage. Your license plate is recorded as your proof of payment.

On-site payment options:
Payment kiosk: located in the elevator lobbies on each floor. Note: The first floor kiosk accepts cash payments only. Exact amount is required as no change will be given.
Text to Pay: Text the number on the signage in the garage and follow the easy steps to pay.
Premium Parking mobile app: Download the Android or Apple app on your mobile device to pay.
Note: Oversized vehicles (height over 8'6") and overflow parking will be directed to offsite parking at the Mobile Civic Center. A payment kiosk is available there. There is also a complimentary shuttle to transport you back to the cruise terminal.
Once you have parked and paid, walk to the glass doors at the north side of the garage. Take the elevator to the main floor where you will show your ID and cruise documents to be able to enter the cruise terminal. You will then be directed to the screening and check-in area.
Off-Site Cruise Parking
Because of the terminal's downtown location, there are not a lot of alternative parking options, but there are a few hotels that cater to cruisers offer park and cruise packages.
