Taxis are available on the 3rd floor of the Sea-Tac airport parking garage.   - Seattle Yellow Cab   There is no direct mode of public transportation to get to either cruise terminal. The Sound Transit Link Light Rail or King County Metro Bus are available to downtown Seattle only.
